Dow Corning has announced that its beauty and personal care experts will discuss their latest product and formulation developments at the upcoming Expocosmética 2010, September 30 – October 1, at the World Trade Center Mexico in Mexico City.

* Dow Corning AP-8087 Fluid – This amino functional siloxane polymer provides improvements in both wet and dry combing in both shampoos and rinse-off conditioners. When used in a rinse-off conditioner it reduces the loss of color in colored hair. In addition, when used in leave-on applications, it enhances hair shine and smoothness and reduces hair static.

* Dow Corning HY-3050 Soy Wax and Dow Corning HY-3051 Soy Wax Blend – Dow Corning’s soy wax and soy wax blend offer innovative formulating alternatives for structure and sensory characteristics, while providing a naturally-derived substitute for petrolatum.
